I believe it has something to do with the fact that while they’re graphic enough to let you know what exactly is happening, they also leave a lot for the imagination to wander free. The focus is on the act and the people involved, rather than, well, the nether regions (as is usually the case with hardcore porn). 😉 Frankly, this is why we would rather have these kinds of gifs in our Sinful GIF Day.
Oh, and yes – we are definitely holding a Sinful GIF Day every month! Watch out for it! ♥

Hi ladies and Ezio! I’m glad someone asked about the confession count because I was thinking to myself that I’m surprised Edward and Arno don’t have more confessions, especially Edward who I always considered to be quite popular within the fan base. This is not a complaint, I’m not bothered by it. Simply just surprised.
September 2, 2016We wish we can explain this, my friend. IMO, popularity in the fandom doesn’t always mean having the most number of posts in a dirty confessions blog. Take for instance – Connor. He’s not that popular in the general AC fandom – not as popular as, say, Ezio anyway, but look at the difference of confessions between the two. That’s more than a 200 difference, which is quite significant.
Frankly, I think it would depend on which area of the fandom you are referring to. The Tumblr AC fandom is pretty much living in its own bubble, isn’t it? So, perhaps the characters that are well-loved in this little world that we’ve made for ourselves would be most likely to get the most confessions here. 😀
