La Storia della Rosa in Fiore
We are a confessionals blog for your naughtiest fantasies about the many desirable characters of the Assassin’s Creed universe. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) This sisterhood began when our original Madam (Paola, now Ezio) was angry at how the previous Dirty Assassin’s Creed Confessions blog got shut down for unknown reasons. She was annoyed at the fact that she was not able to submit her confessions anymore. She was also annoyed as to how Assassin’s Creed was the only fandom on Tumblr that didn’t have its own ‘dirty confessions’ blog yet again. So she decided to restart the sisterhood itself. Soon, these infant beginnings grew into a thriving business in Firenze. In fact, it grew so much that the Madam had to move her operations to the Rosa in Fiore in Roma.
Now, she has recruited the help of friends and courtesans from other factions to aid her. You might be wondering as to why Sister Teodora has moved from Venezia to Roma. Well my dearies, it is because this business has grown so big that Paola decided to have a central location. All of our satellite locations are now managed by our successors.
Paola would like to thank all of her loyal customers for keeping her business alive and for feeding her family. Without all of you, the Rosa in Fiore would not exist today.
La Situazione Attuale
La Rosa in Fiore was established on Tumblr in 2013. It had its fair share of ups and downs, but it was hit pretty hard (like an assassino failing to land properly on a haystack when doing the leap of faith) during Tumblr’s Great NSFW Purge of 2018. Our presence diminished and we could not reach out to like-minded and curious sinners like we once did. It all came to a head when our old Tumblr page was completely labeled an NSFW blog, which pretty much ‘killed’ its presence all together and rendering it nigh impossible to browse.
But we didn’t want to give up. We put up satellite bordellos in Dreamwidth and Pillowfort, and then completely made a new one on Tumblr. A new start. However, the current Signora Paola felt that there needed a place that would house everything, the main hub of operations so to speak. With our old Tumblr home amassing the vast majority of confessions in its impressive 7-year-run, it seemed like a huge waste for these precious sins and memories to just fade away. She initially created Secluded Haystack to house confessions deemed too long for the bordello (which eventually led to housing reader-insert NSFW Assassin’s Creed fanfiction), but then came to the realisation that this was THE perfect home for La Rosa in Fiore. So, now, it has everything – from the huge index of past and present dirty confessions, to reader-insert fanfiction, to fun activities like the dirty polls and Sinful GIF days!
Rest assured that we will still keep our presence in these social media platforms. We have just extended our reach 😉
