Secluded Haystack
I’ve got a quick question about the haystack. Is it for only 1 character and only AC? Example: you can write about Jacob just fine, throw Evie in the mix would that be allowed? Or instead of Evie, add that dude from Lucifer? Or is it solely for just Jacob. Does any of that make sense?

My birthday is today~👑 And all I want I is a day with a very sexy pirate. Our policy with birthday confessions (for both the confessor and the character) is we require our patrons to send in their confessions at least 3 days before the birthday. Why? Because all of your confessions are queued and we need time to make edits for your confessions.
I’m very sorry to bring this up as it is your birthday, but I believe it is fair to our patrons who sent in their own birthday confessions days before their special days. Also: I am not even sure when “today” is. The bordello is in the PST time zone, but some of us are 15++ hours ahead, so my “today” may be “tomorrow” on your time zone.
Again, I apologise and I wish you a very happy birthday nonetheless!

November 28, 2017Oh, yes, there’s definitely a witch hunt going on. But we chose not to entertain most of them because our little bordello is all about the dirty fun and silliness~
Seriously, it’s quite obvious these messages are trying to get a rise out of people. I read and edit your confessions for fun, and I moderate this blog because it gives me some repose from my schedule. I simply do not have the time nor the energy to entertain attention-seeking asshats who obviously get a thrill from stalking people’s blogs and sending them hateful anonymous messages.
Fact is, we’re all fans of a video game franchise that we enjoy so much we have sexual fantasies about its characters. Yes, it’s inevitable some kind of deep discussion and discourse would arise, but leaving awful messages under the guise of anonymity just because you disagree with them?
Life’s too short, and there’s enough hatred and malice in the real world.

As you can see, these are the kind of messages we all need. Messages like these can make a person happy. Fictional characters can make a person happy, too! It makes me feel sad to see so much hate going around in the AC fandom.
Personally, I try not to hate such a person for sending anonymous messages. Instead, I pity them. As human beings, we try to be perfect but the reality, one should be content with oneself to find perfection in life. From there, we are all special because we all have our own opinion on things. And you have NO RIGHTS to force your beliefs on others. I, for one, do not agree to certain kinks, but you don’t see me condemning those who do. Why? I respect them as an individual. It is their preference. It makes them happy. So, at least, no matter how iffy you feel about it, let them be. It makes them happy like whatever out there is making you happy!
I try not to get angry with people over petty things like these but I think I have to put my foot down. If you are unhappy and think this blog sucks, please… By all means, let me introduce you to the “X” button, or the block option, so you won’t see our posts. There is no need for hostility and there is no need for hate. The world is full of hate and I know many of us find tranquillity in this blog. Through this blog, I dare say there are some people who come here to escape the harsh reality of life. Through this blog, people are finding happiness just reading the contents. Try not to take it away from them. You don’t know what their problems are. Don’t try to make them suffer when this is their way of escaping.
And we WANT everybody to be happy. So, if YOU want YOUR own happiness, my dear hater, I will ask you nicely, please leave.

I really apologise for the tardiness of my response. Admittedly, when we receive messages like this sometimes I am at a loss for words. What you said is all true; as fans, we should support the people we fanboy/fangirl on. The problem with Tumblr is simply “liking” a post stops there. Yes, you added notes to that post, but without reblogging and sharing that post you never give that post a chance to grow and flourish.
This is certainly a problem that any blogger here who strives to create original content has, and it is a problem for artists that want to use social media for exposure. As fans, our support shouldn’t be conditional i.e., “I will only support you if you post the content that I want.” We don’t have to force ourselves to love every single thing that the people we admire do, but showing support – in this case, sharing Mr. Watts’ posts – is enough to inspire them to continue doing what they love.
I truly hope your message would be acknowledged by the fandom. Again, I’m sorry for the delay. I didn’t want to write a reply that was half-assed and written in a hurry. ;^^
