I’m currently studying Welsh on my own and I gotta admit it’s not that easy. So I like to imagine that Edward has volunteered to help – and, surely enough, my lessons have become much more interesting ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) He’s surprisingly patient with me, correcting my pronunciation and grammar and answering (to the best of his ability) all the nerdy linguistic questions I have. But from time to time he wants to have some fun and starts teaching me dirty words and phrases. (I have no idea and learn them diligently, figuring out that something’s wrong only several days later, when I want to check my knowledge and he just cracks up all of a sudden and, wheezing with laughter, begs me not to repeat that in front of people).
However, since learning a new language is a serious thing and since I want to master it, I ask for additional lessons – mostly in the night-time. Edward takes them very seriously, speaking only Welsh as he compliments my body, describes in vivid details what exactly he is going to do to me and says how he loves me. If I can answer his questions or comment on his statements, I get bonus points which I can trade for whatever my heart and body desire – at any time and any place. Needless to say, very soon I’m speaking Welsh pretty well – at least, well enough to tease Edward in public, making him stammer in front of the confused crew.
