To be quite honest, I find a lot of the confessions in the ‘porn star status’ page to be hilarious than sexy. But I’m assuming that’s what got them the status in the first place LOL so much good lulz was had. Bless you ladies; you know when to have fun and I love your sense of humour in some of the commentaries you all make!

June 5, 2014Barring the strange confession or two I find most of them normal, but then I may be so accustomed to hearing such dirty confessions. It would take quite a confession to send this old lady blushing (and there were admittedly a few). 😉

There are some that warms my heart to hear, maybe a few that leaves me reaching for my fan. And then there are the ones that tend to tread more into embarrassing territory, where I either have my eyes rolling or it leaves me laughing. I sometimes wonder what on earth some of these people are thinking…but then again, I do read these for amusement as well. ;P

Just curious: do you know how this whole ‘dirty confessions’ blog trend started? I didn’t know there were others out there until you pointed out that list on your tag list section.
August 5, 2013Honestly, I don’t know how but if I had to take a wild guess, I’d say that it all began when Fandom Secrets was still popular on LiveJournal. It seems like it still is, but most of the dirty stuff has moved onto tumblr while all the regular confessions stayed on DreamWidth. But then there’s also regular confessions blog for every fandom all over tumblr now as well, so…*shrug*
