I’m writing a ACU alternate universe and I plan to have some sex in it. And I’m terribly afraid. What I see in my mind, and what I want to write is so different, or just not SATISFYING enough you know? How do you describes da peen inside you know? How’s exactly good does it feel for the guy? Not a lot of haystacks I think are from guys PoV are they? Mostly girls and OMG I sometimes I’m too lazy and want it PG, if sex can be anything but… But then I really really want to see Arno all sexed 😘
February 12, 2016It’s perfectly all right; I think every writer goes through this at some point! I once told Claudia how I found myself just staring into space and having to see what’s happening in my mind so clearly, but the words weren’t just coming out at all, and she told me that she experienced this, too!
One of the best advices I heard is from Anne Lamott: “Almost all good writing begins with terrible first efforts. You need to start somewhere. Start by getting something – anything – down on paper.” Simple, but very effective when the going gets tough.
So, please, don’t be afraid! Just keep writing. ♥️

P.S. Well, technically, the Haystack was formed to cater to extended confessions so it makes sense that everything in it right now is in the POV of the confessor/writer. 😀

So um… about Haystack submissions… do you accept sort of slow-burn (that still fits within the word limit)? I kinda started to write one but then the feels came in and punched me in the face, and it turned into sort of hurt/comfort emotional sexytime. Not sure what to do with it now… oops

Not a confession but I woke up ‘accidentally’ and I begun on reading all these glorious confessions about Jacob and Starrick while I was listening ‘Principles of Lust’ by Enigma (FULL VERSION IS BETTER!) and oh my god I now want to write something on Haystack with Ezio. I wish I could remember later today… and I haven’t been lusting after Starrick before his confessions!

And I can completely sympathise with you about being affected by the confessions here. I never admitted this out loud, but as someone who was slowly drifting away from the fandom last year I thought it was best to leave because I just didn’t have the same passion for it anymore.
But then Syndicate happened, our inbox overflowed with confessions, and I was close to panic because I couldn’t find enough images. So I made the decision: Get the goddamned game and make my own images. At least that’s the reason I told everyone when they asked why I went back to playing AC; however, the real reason why I decided to get it was I was getting really curious because of the confessions here.
So, yes, if it weren’t for the confessions here subtly pushing me to buy the game and getting back into the fandom, I would’ve quitted early this year. So I really have to thank all of you for making me stay. ♥️♥️♥️

Not a confession but it really is funny to see how many Jacob fics there is at the Secluded Haystack already xD I really wanted to see more from the other boys. Specially Arno because damn, look at him. So precious.
