‘I think one of the perks of dating Jacob would be that the two of us would have an unspoken rule that if I’m very stressed or angry I text him something like ‘Urgent fuck. Book design inspired by Choose Your Own Adventure

Semi-serious story time: Any 80′s kid (or maybe even you 90′s kids) would probably remember the book series Choose Your Own Adventure where you, as the reader, are the protagonist of the story and able to make choices that would affect your story’s ending. Kind of like an interactive storytelling without actually using a computer.

I grew up reading these books and likely shaped how I viewed the world (a lot of the themes were actually serious and a little… out there). It was second person POV storytelling at its finest.

…..And now considering the content of the Haystack I’m actually thinking about making an actual interactive “Choose Your Own Paramour” fanfiction series. /o/
