I can’t think of much of a subject that Jacob’d teach. But regardless of subject, he probably would use a lot of visuals and examples. He can’t teach theoretical anything. Probably swears a great deal (“I know what you’re thinking–‘fuck that,’ right?”), likes putting people on the spot, and doesn’t easily get distracted from what he’s doing.
