hold the phone. Is AC3 really backwards compatible now with Xbox One?!? When did Ubisoft announce this?!?!?

We haven’t heard of such a thing before, but Microsoft likes it to turn old games into new ones xD Maybe a few people are now able to buy their favourite games and play them on their new console!
