Anon, perhaps you need to review ancient history and the relationship between humans and makeup. Makeup has been used for millennia to represent various things, as well as to decorate the skin/face. Egyptians, Greeks, Natives Americans, Renaissance Italians, etc men have used makeup.
And besides, Vex is pretty much the most fancy, fashionable, good looking guy in Lost Girl!
