I’ve read both Forsaken and Unity books, also played both games and the similarities between the characters of Élise and Haytham are surprising. They‘re not just similar in opinions about the Templar Order, but also in their manners. Treating their horses well, calling their opponents names like “Pointy Ears“ or “Red-Scarf“. There is even resemblance in their fighting style and when Arno or Connor screws up they both comment sarcastically “Well played.”) Now I can‘t stop fantasizing about Julie de la Serre meeting Haytham Kenway somewhere in London or France, doing some Templar business with him and then fucking with him all night, feeling no guilt or remorse towards her husband François de la Serre. -//- Julie was a stubborn, combative girl and she kept many vérités cachés from her husband François.
